Holiday Notice: We will be closing for the holidays on December 26th until December 30th, 2020. Business will resume on December 31st, 2020.

How can I place an order for an Olove Cake and/or Olove Bouquet?
It's easy! Just place your order via our website. At checkout, you can select a delivery or pickup date. You also have the option to include a custom message for your handwritten Olove Cakes postcard. 

How soon can I receive my order? 
We offer next-day delivery for all orders being delivered in the Greater Montreal Region. Orders must be made before 9pm to qualify. 

When will my order arrive?
We usually deliver between 11am and 5pm. If your cake did not arrive during time frame, please send us a DM or email us at info@olovecakes.com, we could be experiencing a slight delay. 

When can I pickup my order?
We're flexible! We will send you a message on your pickup date to plan a pickup time. If you are in need of a specific time please send us a DM or email us at info@olovecakes.com, we will do our best to accommodate! 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Greater Montreal Region (i.e. Downtown, Laval, West Island, etc).

Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders are non-refundable, including delivery fees.
