The Olove Way...
Life's short, so eat the cake! In case you were lacking some inspiration on how to enjoy your slice of Olove Cake, here's how we indulge:
Jeannine prefers to have hers in the morning accompanied with an iced latte topped with cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg.
Jennifer, unlike her sister Jeannine, eats her cake in the afternoon with a small dollop of whipped cream and grated lemon for a sweet aromatic finish.
Sabrina is a chocolate fanatic, so she heats up some dark chocolate and drizzles a small layer over her piece. This really brings out the olive flavour.
Daron, our pastry chef, is quite the matcha lover. He makes a cup using his bamboo whisk and tea bowl, and sips it slowly while cutting into a slice of Olove Cake.
Received a 5" cake yesterday as a gift - it tasted incredible! (and was presented elegantly and beautifully. Wow! What a find! Olove olove olove!!!
So delicious and decadent while not being overly sweet
